New Car Launched in India, the Hyundai Exter has a starting price of Rs. 6 lakh.

The eagerly anticipated Exter was officially unveiled by Hyundai Motor India today, with prices beginning at Rs. 6 lakh (ex-showroom). The 1.2-liter, 4-cylinder Kappa petrol engine used in the Hyundai Exter is now E20 fuel ready. The engine produces 113.8Nm of maximum twisting force and 83PS of maximum power. Either a 5-speed MT or a 5-speed AMT can be used with it. Segment-first paddle shifters are also available. A CNG variant is also available; it has 69 PS and 95.2 Nm of torque and may be combined with a 5-speed MT.

Hyundai Exter Price & Specification

The Hyundai Exter is advertised to get 19.4 kmpl for the petrol MT, 19.2 kmpl for the petrol AMT and 27.1 kmpl per kilogramme for the CNG MT.

While the Exter petrol MT is priced at Rs 6 lakh (ex-showroom), the Exter petrol AMT is priced at Rs 7.97 lakh (ex-showroom), and the Exter CNG MT is priced at Rs 8.24 lakh (ex-showroom).

A parametric grille, LED projector headlamps, signature H-LED taillamps, signature H-LED DRLs, front and rear skid plates, 15-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, bridge-style roof rails, and shark fin antenna are a few of the Hyundai Exter’s exterior design’s most crucial components.

Customers have a choice between three dualtone and six monochromatic colour schemes. Cosmic Blue, Ranger Khaki, Cosmic Blue with Abyss Black roof, and Ranger Khaki with Abyss Black roof are the four brand-new, exclusive additions. Three colours are offered for the interiors: Light Sage, Cosmic Blue, and Silver.

The vehicle measures 3,815mm long, 1,710mm wide, and 1,631mm tall (including roof rails). Its 2,450mm wheelbase is the longest in its segment. The boot has a 391 litre capacity for luggage.

The dash has a black 3D pattern finish inside the cabin. There features metal pedals, leatherette upholstery, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, and footwell lighting. Features including a voice-activated motorised sunroof, a dashcam with dual cameras, wireless charging, rear AC vents, and a cooled glove box are segment firsts.

The Hyundai Exter features an 8-inch HD touchscreen infotainment system with built-in navigation that is compatible with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a digital instrument panel with a 4.2-inch colour TFT multi-information display, cruise control, automatic climate control, six airbags, and seatbelt reminders for every seat. Informationtainment and map updates are supported via OTA.

Along with over 60 interconnected car features for safety and security, remote services, services based on location, vehicle diagnostics, and voice assistance, Hyundai is now offering Bluelink technology with the Exter. There are more than 90 embedded voice commands, including Hinglish voice commands, that can be used even without an internet connection.

The basic warranty, which covers unlimited miles and three years, is three years long. Up to seven years may pass between extensions. Three years of free Bluelink service and three years of roadside assistance with taxi advantages are included for purchasers.
